My name is Troels Richter and my goal and passion is to help IT organisations succeed when it comes to building strong, happy and professionally proud teams.
Throughout the years I’ve helped different kinds of organizations optimize or build a collaboration model that scales as a the organization grows.
My toolbox consists of Scrum, Kanban, Lean, Squad Models, common sense and a pragmatic approach.
With a solid technical background I enjoy working closely together with development teams. Roles as Team Lead, Tech Lead, Scrum Master or Proxy Product Owner suit me well and I always try to influence the team with my agile mindset.
Gaining calmness, balance and focus is becoming harder in a world with increasing distractions. This is why I have a strong interest in experimenting with agile principles at a personal level as well.
I created Kanbana because I needed a tool for managing my own life. The goal was to create the most clean, simple and enjoyable personal task manager in the world.
