My name is Troels Richter and my goal and passion is to help IT organisations succeed when it comes to building strong, happy and professionally proud teams.
Throughout the years I’ve helped different kinds of organizations optimize or build a collaboration model that scales as a the organization grows.
My toolbox consists of Scrum, Kanban, Lean, Squad Models, common sense and a pragmatic aproach.
With a solid technical background I enjoy working closely together with development teams. Roles as Team Lead, Tech Lead, Scrum Master or Proxy Product Owner suit me well and I always try to influence the team with my agile mindset.
Gaining calmness, balance and focus is becoming harder in a world with increasing distractions. This is why I have a strong interest in experimenting with agile principles at a personal level as well.
I created Kanbana because I needed a tool for managing my own life. The goal was to create the most clean, simple and enjoyable personal task manager in the world.
In 2002 I wrote a minibook “3 Pillars of Personal Effectiveness” about my approach to personal effectiveness. download it for free at here.
Foster a corporate culture that enhances individual creativity and teamwork value, while honoring mutual trust and respect between labor and management.
I believe that agile processes can be very effective when applied in the right amount at the right time and continuously refined to fit the context.
No matter how your IT platform or organizational setup is I believe that striving for "Continuous Delivery” is an agile goal that fosters many healthy process initiatives.
