My name is Troels Richter and my goal and passion is to help IT organisations succeed when it comes to building strong, happy and professionally proud teams.

    Throughout the years I’ve helped different kinds of organizations optimize or build a collaboration model that scales as a the organization grows.
    My toolbox consists of Scrum, Kanban, Lean, Squad Models, common sense and a pragmatic approach.

  • Servant Leadership

    With a solid technical background I enjoy working closely together with development teams. Roles as Team Lead, Tech Lead, Scrum Master or Proxy Product Owner suit me well and I always try to influence the team with my agile mindset.

Personal Effectiveness

Gaining calmness, balance and focus is becoming harder in a world with increasing distractions. This is why I have a strong interest in experimenting with agile principles at a personal level as well.

    I created Kanbana because I needed a tool for managing my own life. The goal was to create the most clean, simple and enjoyable personal task manager in the world.

True agile collaboration requires macro level decisions to change the organizational structure and do the hard work to make the technical platform match the organization. From there it is continuous micro level improvements.

  • Scaling Agility

    The hardest thing when working in a agile setup is to scale it across a large organisation. For me it all starts at a technical level ensuring that the underlaying platform is matching the organisational structure. Read about some of my experiences (part1 / part2).

  • StoryPoint.Poker

    StoryPoint.Poker is a simple planning poker tool that will speed up estimation in remote planning sessions. I created this tool to help developers and team leaders get through planning sessions as smoothly as possible.
